February SLE – Discovery of strengths and God’s love:  Take action! Live life to the full! And when others see the witness you give, they may ask: why do you live this way?  Pope Francis

Dear Parents,

I pray that you are all having a good week.  It has been nice to have a “normal” week of school, without so many extra activities going on.  I know teachers are glad to have students in the classroom, without so many interruptions this week.  I am so grateful for our students and the wonderful teachers who work with them each day!

I want to thank all of our students and families for celebrating Catholic Schools Week with us last week.  We had fun with our activities and prayers, celebrating Catholic Schools.  Our clothing drive has gone great, and you can still bring clothes in for St. Vincent DePaul tomorrow.  We had a great turnout for our Spaghetti Dinner on Saturday.  Thank you for joining us for dinner on Saturday and Mass on Sunday morning!

Our kindergarten and eighth grade students had so much fun at the Aquarium this week!  I love that they get to do that field trip with their buddies!

Please remember that there is no school next Friday.  This is a staff in-service day.  Our staff will be spending a retreat day together.  Have a great week!

In Christ,

Brock Carpenter
